Lifetime installation workmanship warranty

Failures caused by NW HVAC workmanship on the original installation are covered for the life of that installation, including the related service charge.

One year No Worry Warranty

Complete NW HVAC installations include a minimum one year full warranty that includes covered parts, labor, and the service charge.

Manufacturer equipment warranties

Eligible installed equipment is registered for the available manufacturer parts coverage.

Manufacturer terms, exclusions, and required maintenance still apply.

Thirty day service guarantee

Repair visits include a thirty day service guarantee.

A related return visit within that period does not include another service charge, subject to the repair terms.

Comfort Protection Plan coverage

Active members receive the plan benefits described at enrollment, including ongoing workmanship protection on qualifying repairs while membership remains active.

Owner responsibilities still apply

Registration deadlines, documented maintenance, approved replacement parts, access, operating conditions, and manufacturer requirements can affect coverage.

Keep the final proposal, registration confirmation, invoices, and maintenance records together.

Coverage and exclusions should be read together

A warranty may cover a failed part without covering diagnosis, labor, refrigerant, shipping, maintenance, access, or unrelated damage.

The written terms control the final coverage decision.
