Online scheduling runs on FieldPulse, the field-service platform that manages our real calendar.
Information you enter in the booking form goes directly into our scheduling system, and FieldPulse's own privacy practices also apply to that form.
The repair-or-replace calculator runs entirely in your browser.
Your answers stay on your device. The diagnostic, pricing, and rebate tools are currently unavailable. Previously saved rebate profiles may remain in your browser storage; the in-tool clearing control is unavailable while those tools are deferred.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability. If we ever add a website measurement tool, this page will be updated to name it and describe what it records.

We share project details only as needed to complete work you have requested — for example permits, inspections, and equipment warranty registration.
