Flexible Delivery Inverter System Health Inspection

The inspection addresses each connected indoor unit, shared outdoor operation, zoning behavior, airflow, drainage, controls, communication, and overall system performance.

The complete configuration is mapped first

We document the shared outdoor unit and each connected indoor section—whether it is wall-mounted, floor-mounted, ceiling-cassette, compact ducted, or a central air handler.

Model information, locations, controller type, filters, and the relationship between zones are recorded so the system is evaluated as one coordinated platform.

Each delivery type receives the right checks

Ductless heads are inspected for filters, housings, blower wheels, motors, boards, coils, louvers, and local airflow.

Ducted indoor sections are inspected for filters, cabinets, blowers, controls, coils, static pressure, visible duct connections, and backup electric heat when installed.

Controls, communication, and zone behavior

We confirm that every zone responds, that compatible modes and settings are coordinated, and that wired or wireless controls communicate correctly.

Temperature differences are measured at the individual heads or ducted sections in the operating mode appropriate for current conditions.

Drainage, outdoor operation, and refrigerant performance

Drain pans, drain lines, traps, and condensate pumps are inspected for every indoor section.

The shared outdoor inspection covers electrical condition, surge protection, line insulation, accessible connections, reversing operation, coil and fan condition, airflow clearance, and refrigerant performance when weather allows accurate testing.

Cleaning follows the installed equipment

Reusable filters and accessible ductless housings are cleaned, drain pans are treated, and drain paths are flushed and verified.

Lightly soiled indoor coils may receive appropriate cleaning when practical. The outdoor coil and accessible housing are water-washed, while ducted air-cleaner and drain-trap service is completed when those components are present.

One report connects every zone

The System Health Report explains both individual-zone concerns and conditions that affect the shared outdoor system.

Weather, access, and equipment design can limit testing; impacted coil or blower cleaning, leak searches, repairs, and deep cleaning remain separate services.
